We are looking for compassionate and dedicated registered nurses to join our nursing services team. 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. 
• The role involves assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions, administering medications and prescribed treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assisting physicians during examinations and medical procedures. 
• The registered nurse will collaborate with consultants, nursing supervisors, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support positive patient outcomes. 
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethical nursing practice while adhering to hospital policies, NABH standards, infection control guidelines, and patient safety protocols.

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and nursing care needs upon admission and throughout hospitalization.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress and promptly report any changes in clinical condition.
• Assist physicians during examinations, bedside procedures, and medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication records, and patient charts.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, sterilization, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) when required.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor medical equipment, emergency trolleys, and clinical supplies.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and allied healthcare professionals for seamless patient care.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and ethical nursing standards.
• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff, nursing assistants, and trainees whenever assigned.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, NABH activities, and continuous nursing education programs.
