We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated staff nurse to join our IVF & Fertility Services team. 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and patient-centric experience throughout their treatment journey. 
• The role involves assisting fertility specialists during consultations and procedures, administering prescribed medications and hormonal injections, monitoring patients before and after procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. 
• The staff nurse will work closely with consultants, embryologists, anesthetists, and laboratory personnel to ensure seamless coordination of IVF procedures, including IUI, Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), Embryo Transfer (ET), and other assisted reproductive techniques. 
• The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, infection control, and quality while adhering to hospital policies and clinical protocols.

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs before, during, and after fertility procedures.
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
• Assist consultants during IVF, IUI, OPU, embryo transfer (ET), and other fertility procedures.
• Prepare patients for consultations, ultrasound scans, and minor OT procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, hormonal injections, IV fluids, and other treatments.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and promptly report any abnormalities to consultants.
• Coordinate with embryologists, laboratory staff, and consultants to ensure smooth clinical workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and medication charts.
• Educate patients regarding fertility treatment protocols, medications, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, sterilization protocols,
• biomedical waste management and patient safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms, recovery areas, and clinical equipment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and quality assurance protocols.
