We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated home care nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' health conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring continuity of care as per the physician's treatment plan. 
• The home care nurse will educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, nutrition, and recovery while maintaining accurate nursing documentation and coordinating with doctors and healthcare teams. 
• The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, infection control, and professional ethics.

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at their residence in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall clinical progress.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, wound care, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and bedside care.
• Support bedridden, elderly, post-operative, chronic illness, and palliative care patients with individualized nursing care.
• Perform catheter care, tracheostomy care, Ryle's tube feeding, suctioning, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Educate patients and family members on medication management, disease prevention, rehabilitation, and home healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment charts, progress notes, and patient documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing supervisors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow infection control practices, biomedical waste disposal guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate medical concerns when necessary.
• Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and ethical nursing standards while delivering compassionate home healthcare services.
