We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing continuous medical care to inpatients, conducting clinical assessments, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring timely implementation of treatment plans under the guidance of senior consultants. 
• The role involves managing medical emergencies, stabilizing patients, assisting during ward rounds and clinical procedures, and coordinating with nursing and allied healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. 
• The resident medical officer will oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient management, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices. 
• The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment while delivering compassionate and evidence-based healthcare.

• Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and clinical evaluations.
• Monitor inpatient progress and implement treatment plans as directed by consultants.
• Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill patients.
• Assist senior physicians and surgeons during ward rounds and medical procedures.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic investigations as per hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, consultants, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and on-call duties.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and follow-up care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical discussions, audits, and continuous medical education programs.
