We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IVF specialist (obstetrics & gynecology) to join our fertility and reproductive medicine team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating couples experiencing infertility, diagnosing reproductive health conditions, and developing personalized fertility treatment plans.
- The role involves performing and supervising Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures, including IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, and embryo transfer, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
- The IVF specialist will work closely with embryologists, sonologists, anesthetists, nursing staff, and laboratory professionals to deliver safe, evidence-based fertility treatments and optimize clinical outcomes.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise in reproductive medicine, excellent patient counseling skills, and a commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilites
- Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.
- Diagnose and manage male and female infertility cases using evidence-based clinical practices.
- Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history and diagnostic findings.
- Perform and supervise IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, embryo transfer, and related fertility procedures.
- Monitor patient progress throughout treatment cycles and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding fertility treatment options, success rates, risks, and reproductive health.
- Collaborate with embryologists, sonologists, anesthetists, nursing staff, and laboratory teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Interpret ultrasound findings, hormonal investigations, and fertility diagnostic reports.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, consent forms, and clinical notes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, ART guidelines, ethical standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development programs.
